Customer is responsible for obtaining all building permits. Items can be picked up or delivered. Delivery charge ranges from $35 on up depending on your Location.  Delivery is available to anywhere in the United States.  However, some locations will require outside freight company.

THERE WILL NEED TO BE 1 OR 2 PEOPLE THERE AT TIME OF DELIVERY TO SIGN FOR RECEIPT AND HELP DRIVER UNLOAD.  WE SHIP ON A TRUCK WITH A FLAT-BED TRAILER. IF YOUR ROAD/DRIVEWAY IS INACCESSIBLE, IT MAY BE NECESSARY TO MEET THE DRIVER WITH YOUR TRUCK OR TRAILER.

Shipping Subject to Freight Quote Shipping: **Available only to Southern California and subject to freight quote. Orders will be shipped out within 5 days of purchase, Monday-Saturday except holidays. We ship by US Postal Service, UPS, or Flatbed trailer. Orders may take about 7-10 days to be delivered to the address that you provided.
