How are the corral panels connected?
Each panel connects with 2 heavy duty panel clamps.
What about rust?
All our materials are made with a galvanized finish to prevent rust. All welds are painted with Rust-oleum paint.
What about installation?
We do not do any installs. We do not provide directions or assembly instructions for any of our products. We do not provide engineering plans or drawings or CAD drawings. Customer is responsible for obtaining all permits.
What tools will I need for Assembly?
All you need is a crescent wrench or a 9/16 socket/open end wrench for assembly.
How will I get my products?
Local delivery within 150 miles, please call for quote. We also request that you have people available to help driver unload as he is by himself. For deliveries over 150 miles, we use a freight company, please call for quote.
When will my order ship?
If your order is in stock, it will usually ship within 1 to 5 days depending on the delivery schedule. If we are out of stock or you order a custom item, it will usually ship in about 2 to 5 weeks depending on the size of your order. While we do not guarantee a specific ship date due to workload and material availability, we will give you our best estimate. Feel free to call us for an update on your order.
What if my shipment arrives damaged?
99% of our shipments arrive in good condition. However, if you note any damage while unloading your panels upon delivery, you must note the damage on the paperwork when you sign for your shipment. If you do not note the damage, we will not be able to open a claim with the carrier. Do not discard the damaged item because the carrier may want to inspect it. We will also need you to send us pictures of the damage via email to assist in the claims process.
What is the freight transit time for my shipment?
The estimated transit time for your shipment varies on where you are located. Some shipments will arrive by the next day and some may take 5 to 10 days. Delivery dates are not guaranteed by the freight carriers and they can sometimes vary a few days. Feel free to call us for assistance with tracking your shipment.
What about refunds/returns?
All cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Orders for non-stock and custom items are final and are nonrefundable. Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Buyers are responsible for all return freight costs. Shipping dates are not guaranteed. Freight transit times and delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Do you use quality materials?
All our materials are domestically produced, and all fabrication takes place at our warehouse here in California.
